Razorback Game

We got up early this morning and left about 5:30 with my parents to Fayetteville. We got there around 9:30. Haley stayed with her Mimi and Blake went to Monticello to stay with Pappaw and Mammaw. The game was fun, even though we lost 49 to 14. Baby Kate went to her 1st game. She moved around a lot at the game. I'm feeling her a lot more now. She's moving right now too. I can already tell she's going to be a night owl like the rest of the family. We did an ultrasound one morning and couldn't wake her up, but by that afternoon she was moving around. So we made the LONG trip home this afternoon and got back just in time to go watch Haley cheer at the Vikings game. They performed their dance tonight and looked so cute. Here are a few pics.

Haley's 10th Birthday Party!

Haley's game got moved up to 2:00 yesterday so they got to play. Although the Vikings lost by 6 points, Haley looked so cute cheering. The girls had so much fun. Right after the game was over the tornado sirens went off so Haley's cousin Olivia didn't get to cheer at her game at 3. We waited the storm out then took the girls to Chili's for Haley's birthday. After that we visited Nana and Poppy at their house then went home and played Rockband. We got it for Haley for her birthday. Olivia stayed the night.

Haley had her party at Play Time Pizza in Little Rock. We had so much fun. She said it was the best party ever. We had our own party room with pizza, cake, and presents. After that the big kids went and played laser tag then played games. Blake played a game he won 1,000 tickets on. At the end of the 4 hours we were there Haley and Blake had over 4,000 tickets so they got prizes. I hope it's a birthday she never forgets! Thank you to everyone who came!

17 weeks-It's a girl!

I had an ultrasound yesterday and it's a girl! We are so excited(well everyone except Blake). He really wants a brother. Haley started screaming when I told her. I'll have my official ultrasound with Dr. Thibault in about a month, so it may change again then. Haha. Haley's birthday is Sunday and I hope the weather doesn't get too bad. She is supposed to cheer at her first game Saturday night. I'm afraid it will get rained out. We'll see.

Eureka Springs Vacation

We left last Friday morning and headed up to Eureka Springs to stay in a cabin on Beaver Lake with my parents and sister and Reese. We got there around lunch time and ate at the Rowdy Beaver. Then we went to our cabin and unloaded the cars. The cabin was gorgeous! It was 2 story with a balcony and a wonderful view of the lake. We loaded back up and went to Walmart and got stuff for supper that night and breakfast and lunch for the weekend. When we got back Chris and I cooked supper for everyone. He grilled raspberry chipotle pork loin and I cooked fried rice, broccoli with cheese, and crescent rounds. It was fun relaxing and spending time with everyone. The kids were so funny. That evening right before it got dark we saw a couple of deer in our backyard. They were so cute. They were so close, it was crazy! There was a huge jacuzzi that the kids(and us girls) loved. I woke up around 4 or so in the morning and there were 4 deer outside! My mom was feeding them bread and they walked right up to the back porch. Mom didn't sleep well that night and she said the deer were out there all night eating. That morning mom made gravy and biscuits(my favorite) and eggs, and bacon. It was so good. Then we all loaded up and went fishing. We had so much fun! Blake caught his 1st fish. He was so excited. After fishing we went back to the cabin and had lunch then got ready and went on a boat tour, called The Belle of the Ozarks. The hostess on the boat let Haley and Blake use some binoculars. Blake pretended he was a pirate. After the cruise we went and ate all you can eat catfish and shrimp at Angler's Grill. It was good. Blake loves catfish. We got back to the cabin and mom and dad were nice enough to watch the kids while me, Ashley, and Chris went to fish again. After we got back we listened to the Razorbacks barely win. We got up Sunday morning and mom cooked a big breakfast again(with homemade hashbrowns this time). We checked out and Chris and I took the kids to Berryville to Cosmic Caverns. The kids got to pan for gems and explore the cave. We finally got home about 8:30 tonight and are all exhausted. We had a great weekend and all wished we could have stayed longer!

Blake's First Day of Preschool

Blake started 3 year old preschool today at Children's Corner. I had to work so Chris took him this morning. It was so sweet last night because Blake told me he wanted me to take him to school and that he wanted daddy to go to work instead. This morning they went to McDonald's before school and Blake had his favorite-pancakes. Chris said he did ok when he dropped him off, but when he picked him up Blake told his daddy that he cried a little bit. He said he had fun and when I asked him if he was ready to go back he said no. Haha. I'm glad I wasn't there this morning because I know I would have cried. I'm trying not to think about my baby growing up. And about Haley turning 10 in less than 2 weeks! I'm about 4 months
